Job Responsibilities:
1. Engaged in coating work for optical crystal components
2. Carry out maintenance and upkeep of the coating machine according to the plan
3. Complete the coating of relevant processing orders according to the plan
4. Organize and report the yield rate of coating and propose improvement plans
5. Manage and clean the daily coating room well
6. Research, improve and develop new coating processes
7. Work arranged by other superiors
Qualifications for the position:
1. More than 2 years of coating experience with imported or domestic coating machines.
2. Experience in coating and wiping crystal materials is preferred.
3. Priority will be given to using Guangchi coating machine.
